Delivery

To deliver the freshest possible raw dog food our K9 Cuisine order cycle works one week in advance, i.e. orders placed on week one are delivered week two. Orders placed from Sunday to the following Saturday afternoon are collated on Sunday for picking and processing the following Monday for delivery per location from Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

We offer FREE delivery for orders over $69.99 (Conditions Apply) of our products to most Auckland areas, including West, East and South Auckland also extending down to Hamilton and many parts of the Waikato. There is a small delivery charge for delivery locations in outer / rural locations in Auckland / Waikato based on your post code. 

Courier for the rest on the non rural North Island

We can also deliver to your place of employment so please check that we deliver to your area prior to placing your order!

Delivery Days (unless otherwise specified)

  • WAIKATO - Delivered weekly Wednesday
  • CENTRAL / WEST AUCKLAND - Delivered weekly Thursday/Friday
  • EAST / SOUTH AUCKLAND - Delivered weekly Thursday/Friday
  • Pickups available by arrangement in Royal Oak.

Your order must be in by 9.00PM Saturday night for a following week delivery. If you order after this cut off time your order will be added to the following weeks delivery schedule.

How delivery works

We employ a delivery driver who will show up in our freezer truck with your order for the week. The pet food will be delivered frozen / chilled and left at your premises for you to collect in a timely manner and store in your own freezer. We urge you to get this put away as soon as possible so as not to degrade the quality of the product - as it comes in sawn blocks (bones are free flowed) letting it defrost then refreezing it can also create other issues for you too (like the blocks freezing back together)

Delivery Rules that keep our driver safe.

  • We will not enter a property if your pet is freely roaming
  • We will not come down a long narrow driveway if it could do damage to our vehicle or delivery driver
  • We will not place product for you in your freezer / home without you present - this is a liability issue
  • Product will be left in a place that makes sense to our delivery driver in regards to these rules
  • Once your order has been delivered you will receive a phone call or text message confirming delivery.

We do our absolute best to be as accommodating as possible with our customers, these procedures are designed to keep our staff and your pet safe (your pooch is only doing its job protecting your property, but that doesn't mean our driver should get attacked trying to deliver our product).
